SIBE, the Italian Society for Evolutionary Biology, is a non-profit scientific association whose main missions are to:
- Promote the correct dissemination of knowledge related to biological evolution.
- Promote evolutionary studies, particularly favouring young researchers.
- Stimulate the dialogue with foreign colleagues.
- Strengthen scientific relations between Italian evolutionary biologists active worldwide.
