We are excited to invite you to take part in the 11th SIBE Congress, which will be organized in collaboration with the University of Firenze and will take place from September 6 to 10, 2026, in Firenze.

SIBE is a non-profit scientific association committed to fostering accurate dissemination of knowledge on biological evolution, promoting evolutionary studies—especially among young researchers—encouraging dialogue with international colleagues, and strengthening scientific ties among Italian evolutionary biologists working worldwide. The congress will feature distinguished international speakers renowned in the fields of biological and evolutionary research. The previous edition, held in Napoli, hosted about 200 Italian and international participants.
