REGISTRATION 

* REGISTERED ACCOMPANYING PERSON(S)

Registered accompanying persons may not be co-author of any oral or poster presentation. They have access to all symposia, oral and poster sessions, and refreshments during coffee/tea breaks, but will not receive an attendance certificate. Only “Registered accompanying persons" will be allowed to accompany the speaker into the conference building/session. The fee for each accompanying person has to be paid cash and on site.

SOCIAL DINNER

The social dinner will take place on September the 9th at the Firenze Botanical Garden “Giardino dei Semplici”. The price per person is 50 euros. Please, indicate in the registration form whether you wish to take part (you will also be asked to pay the corresponding amount during the registration process).

PAYMENT METHODS

Fees (registration fee and, eventually, SIBE membership and social dinner) can be paid by bank transfer only. Once the registration process is at the end, the total amount to be paid will be displayed to the applicant. At that point, the applicant must proceed with the payment and upload the bank transfer receipt to complete the registration process.

SIBE MEMBERSHIP
In case you're not yet a member of SIBE or you have to renew your membership, you can do it concurrently with the registration to the congress. 

For new members: please remember to download the SIBE membership form here and to fill it , since you will be asked to upload it during the registration process.

The two-yearly membership fee will be valid for the whole 2026-2027 period:

• 50 € for ordinary members

• 25 € for student/PhD students/postdocs
